But I will say, based on his entrance interview, I do like the kid. First, he claims to have watched the show since BB10, yet doesn’t use the term ‘super fan’, so that’s a huge plus. This means he has a grounded mentality of his position in the BB world. Most self-proclaimed super fans try way too hard too fast and it immediately bites them.

Second, he wants to join a big alliance but not form it. That’s easily the best way to make it through the chaotic early weeks. Then he wants to stick it out until it dwindles to 6-8. Also, obviously a good choice. However, he wants to form a few three-way alliances, which is asking for trouble. It’s not a bad idea to have a ride or die with you, who make up 2/3 of your little alliance groups at the end. This way, even if you’re exposed, you still have your homie and can eliminate the third person. It’s just a dangerous game to play and really even more dangerous to think in so much detail that far ahead.

This show is all about surviving the first few weeks, which are essentially just musical chairs, and then sticking with your core alliance and making sure they remain solid for as long as possible while you build a super strong 2-3 person alliance.

My prediction is I think he’ll make it pretty deep into the game if he can establish his early plan. However, calling him a finalist this early is impossible because I believe his game will rely heavily on his social game.

Meet Rylie Jeffries, a 27-year-old professional bull rider from Oklahoma! I know we have had a few cowboys on the show in the past, but this dude seems legit. Bull riding in Oklahoma? Come on. Doesn’t get more cowboy than that. And I have a feeling he’ll be a visual fan favorite because of it.

Rylie claims to come from a family of ‘super-fans’ (love that word as you know) who have watched the show since season 1. We will see how that plays out in the show, but it definitely gives him a leg up over others who haven’t. Assuming he can adapt what he has seen from the show to whatever situation he is in.

A funny thing to note is that where he came from has a Sonic and two convenience stores! They used to have a ‘Walmart Market’ (his words), but that got taken away (sounds like his town misbehaved the way he worded it). That’s still always crazy to me, growing up in a city area with a Dunkin’ Donuts every mile and some type of store every 1/2 mile (if not less).

As far as showmance goes, he’s open to it. So you know what that means? He’s getting in one. The big question will be with whom. I guess we can speculate on that here. There seem to be a few candidates for him, and wow, I feel like I’m doing a bio on a Love Island player. Rylie is an Aquarius, so we’ll see where the water takes him this summer on that front.
